A: We are Strictly Business Inspections, and Strictly Business Energy

Strictly Business is a licensed professional inspection, energy services, and environmental services company.

Holding 11 licenses and certifications, Strictly Business is certified by the Building Performance Institute to perform Energy Audits, which sets national standards for Energy Audits.

To better serve you, Strictly Business is also licensed as a contractor by New Jersey and Pennsylvania to perform all your energy upgrade work.

Q: Why choose Strictly Business, when you can get an audit from the utility company cheap?
A: Your home is not a "cookie cutter" home, and Strictly Business does not do "cookie cutter" audits.   We're not "in it for the quick buck".

Strictly Business has been doing Home Inspections since 2003, and Energy Audits since 2007.
We don't cut corners or take shortcuts.   
Our Energy Audits are done to BPI (Building Performance Institute) National Standards, and cover all parts of your home, inside and out, from basement to roof.

A: In business since 2003, Strictly Business offers a combination of experience and qualifications that gives you a more comprehensive, thorough energy audit.   

We use "building science", which examines how all the systems in your home work together (or don't!).  This approach identifies more areas where your home is losing energy.   

Q: Are you going to go through my house, and then try to sell me things I don't really need?

A: We will never ask you to "take our word for it"! 
We encourage you to accompany us as we perform your audit.    We explain everything we find, and you will see the areas of concern "with your own eyes".  You'll be able to put your hand by the air leaks we show you and feel the cold air blowing in yourself.

We are also licensed by NJ and PA as Home Improvement Contractors, and can install the energy upgrades you need to save money on your energy bills and make your home more comfortable for as long as you live there.
